Send us your photos with photo envelopes available from post offices or place stiff card inside to make sure the package does not become folded or creased, treasure protect your photos. Originals will be posted back via Signed Delivery and costed accordingly. In the unlikely event that I am unable to restore your image, you are still liable for the cost of return postage or you are welcome to collect by arrangement if you are local to South Shields
I can not accept responsibility or liability whilst your package is with the royal mail....like many of us, we rely on the Royal Mail to deliver your items safely.

Include your house number & postcode on the reverse of the print lightly in pencil (not marker pen)
include your requirements in the email.. (sizes & quantity)
Scanning & Email
If you are scanning you photos use a flat bed scanner and scan at resolution of 300 dpi for smaller pictures scan at 500 dpi, colour preferred saved as a high res JPG or TIFF
(don't use the email button on your scanner as this alters the resolution settings)
Send your by email + scan as an attachment file
Include your name, address and postcode

You will get a rough idea from our examples page. Remember there are additional costs for p&p/printing/ and additional fee for colourization if needed.
Turn around times are usually 1-5 days if you require printing and how complex the restoration is.
Please give notification if you are collecting your original print sent to us and your order
we accept PayPal or Bank transfer as payment

I don't charge for scanning prints so consider sending us your print(s), even if you think it is a lost cause
how much does it cost?
Every photo restoration is assessed to determine what is needed to bring your print back to near perfect condition. The more difficult to restore an image the cost will be naturally rise. I will work with you to discuss the aspects of your restoration, you must be aware that blurred images are difficult to restore fully…..success of the restoration depends solely on this alone….all of the imperfections listed below are well within our capabilities of successfully rescuing your photo.
We do work miracles, but not the impossible, but you will be amazed with the results.
Can I see the finished result of restoration before payment
A small resolution file is sent with a watermark by e-mail for your approval. The agreed costing will be invoiced and payment should be met via PayPal or BT. The restored photo is sent by e-mail or if you ordered print(s) they are despatched direct from the lab. If you sent a print for appraisal this will be posted along with the restored photo by signed delivery Thank you
