restoration overview

Photo restoration is a valuable process that transforms damaged or aged photographs back to life, preserving precious memories for future generations. Those cherished images, which capture once-in-a-lifetime moments, can be meticulously restored to recapture the original scene and provenance of the occasion. Using advanced software tools and restoration techniques, I carefully reconstruct missing parts, enhance clarity, and correct colours to make the photograph look as vibrant as the day it was taken.

Printing
Our restorations are printed by a local printing house who use skilled technicians to produce the very best, high quality photo prints that will last for generations on matte or gloss paper.
For preserving your images it is recommended to retain longevity of your prints that you do not display them in direct sunlight, despite the quality of modern day printing methods and materials it is safer to shade them from UV rays.

Please note, each photograph will be categorised as below; the photo will be assessed and a costing will be given. On completion you will then be asked to submit the required fee by Bank Transfer or alternative method to enable me to transfer it to my charities.      Information is outlined on the about page.
